Most automation fails because someone built what the client asked for instead of what the business needed. Our process is designed to catch that early, and to make sure nothing breaks while we work.
Five steps
- 1 · Goldmine CheckOne week, starting with two hours at your business. We count what is slipping and tell you, in rupees, what is worth fixing. Sometimes the answer is that you do not need us yet.
- 2 · Written proposalWithin three working days of the Check: one first step, a fixed price, the monthly running costs, and the date it goes live.
- 3 · Build one thingTwo to five weeks. In accounts in your name. It runs alongside your old way, and nothing is switched off.
- 4 · HandoverWe train whoever will use it, write down how it works, and only then switch the old way off.
- 5 · CareEvery system reports its own errors to us. We review it with you every month and add the next piece only when the last one works.
What you can expect from us

What we need from you
- An hour of your time in the first week, and half an hour every month after.
- The person who does the work today, for an hour, so we can write it down.
- Your price list, your policies and your words for how you talk to customers.
