Partly. The old tools only worked with menus and keywords, like “reply 1 for prices”. They could not understand a voice note in Urdu, a message that mixes Roman Urdu and English, or a payment screenshot. AI can. So your customers can talk normally, and the system still understands them.

Yes. It understands voice notes in Urdu and English, and messages that mix Roman Urdu, Urdu script and English. Punjabi voice notes are less reliable, so those go to a person.

No. Your team keeps using WhatsApp the way they do now. We need about an hour of your time in the first week, and half an hour a month after that.

Usually, yes. We use WhatsApp’s official business platform from Meta, and in most cases you can keep using the WhatsApp Business app on the same number. We check your number before we start.

It only answers from the prices, timings and policies you approve. Anything outside them goes to a person. For the first two weeks, every reply can wait for your staff to approve it with one tap. AI never sets prices, makes promises or moves money.

We recommend telling them, and we set it up that way. You choose the wording. Anyone who asks for a person gets one.

Not for using us. We only use Meta’s official platform. Unofficial tools that copy your WhatsApp Web are what get numbers banned, and we never use them.

Only to the services listed on our Your data page, in accounts in your name. Medical, student and financial records are never read by AI unless you ask for it in writing.

Everything keeps running, because every account is already yours. We hand over a written description of how it works and remove our access the same day.

Setup starts from PKR 35,000, and replying to customers starts from PKR 120,000. After that there is a monthly fee for us to look after it, and small running costs you pay directly to Meta and the AI provider, usually a few thousand rupees a month. Full prices are on the Products page.

One to four weeks, depending on what we build. The new system runs alongside your old way for two weeks before anything is switched off.

Because it is real work: two hours at your business and four days of counting from your records. You get a written report either way. If you build with us within 30 days, the full PKR 25,000 comes off the price.
